After laboring to help open our little deli here in Boulder back in 2011 and continuing to serve throughout the years as one of your faithful waiters as well as salad and dessert smiths… Tsebiah has moved on to baking fresh artisan sourdough breads just for you from our home cottage kitchen!
Well actually, they weren’t initially for you, they were for us deli workers behind the scenes eating our meals together at home. These loaves quickly became a favorite for everybody and fit very well into the diet of some of our more sensitive bellies.
