If they have a license (which is closely monitored by the Coast Guard) they are allowed to fish for these most precious of all fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, we (Yellow Deli Folks) are not all such \u201cweathered fishermen,\u201d but many of us do get a chance to go up into the wilderness to try\u2026 always under the watchful eye of our Master Fisherman, Ernest, who has been fishing here for 30 years. Thus, we manage to catch lots of fish! Ernest is truly an earnest fisherman who, along with his whole family, came into our community many years ago, and made his fishing business include his new \u201cextended family.\u201d With the abundance of our catch each season, we are now able to not only eat this great fish ourselves, but also use it in our Yellow Delis in various places.<br>This is something most people never get an opportunity to experience\u2026 and we are thankful to be able to share our blessing with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Real salmon\u2026 really caught in Alaska!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"entry-summary\">\n<div class=\"entry-summary\">\nFar in the northwest\u2026 There we find the quiet, very quiet village of Egegik, Alaska.
